Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program: 
FES Program provides free income tax preparation for low to moderate income individuals and families at various locations throughout Stark County. We educate taxpayers about Earned Income Tax Credits (EITC), Child Tax Credit (CTC) and other tax credits.  Each VITA Site is equipped with trained certified Site Managers and volunteer tax preparer’s.

In addition, we promote asset building through awareness, education and alternatives to predator lending such as bank account set up and budget information.

Asset Building Presentation for Groups:
FES Program along with coalition partners will come out to talk with your group in a formal or informal setting, or during a workshop for students, staff, church, PTA members, board members, business owners and etc. to promote the free tax service, asset building, budget information and etc.

Safe Kids Identification Program (SKIP):
SKIP provides a high-tech, FREE solution that provides law enforcement agencies with critical information that dramatically improves agency response time when trying to locate a missing child or issue an Amber Alert.
